OUR EVO OIL

The extra virgin olive oil is a superior quality oil got from the plants of our company.

The crops present in the olive grove are mainly: Moresca (good both for table and oil), Biancolilla (for oil), native wild qualities (Nerva and "Crastu" with red pulp), or the typical varieties of the surrounding area. The olive harvesting takes place between the months of October and November and then carried to the mill for cold pressing. The product obtained from the olives is then mixed and the oil at the end reflects the typical characteristics of Sicilian oils for its strong taste. You can enjoy it because we use it to dress all our dishes.

THE PRODUCTS OF THE GARDEN

If you take a walk to the Pollina river, a few meters from the shore, you will find a large organic garden.

In the right period of production you will see rows of tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, courgettes, vegetables which you can taste on request in tasty and genuine dishes seasoned with our oil.
